The percentages of figure shown are calculated based on the total number of PCRT units ("Units") in issue as at the date of this notification, being 1,125,211,825 Units.
As Mr Kuok wholly-owns HPRY Holdings Limited which holds 32.0% of the total issued shares in PREHPL, Mr Kuok is deemed interested in all the Units held by PREHPL and is accordingly deemed to be interested in the 100,000 Units which are the subject of this notice.
